Grand Banks

42' Grand Banks tri-cabin Motoryacht, 1982. Desirable 3 stateroom 2 head layout with laundry room. Boat was refit in 2011-2012 with new motors, ford lehman 120 hp diesels (240) hours, new generater 8kw diesel (720) hours, new fuel tanks (580) gals, new exhaust and all hoses and fuel lines. Boat was damaged durring Irma. Everything got wet except overhead electronics and fly bridge. Engines are pickled, Engines and generator were drained, rinsed, flooded with vinager for 2 weeks, rinsed and are now flooded with diesel. One engine partialy disassembled depicting all rod and mains are free, though 2 stuck pistons. Transmissions remained dry. Bildge and fuel tanks are clean. Interior is fully intact and needs paint / varnish. While boat was cleaned, all drawers have been refinished and galley. There was no 110 volt, nor 12 volt power supply on at time of submerssion and electrical is intact with all outlets replaced. New microwave. Simrad HD radar / gps works. Ray marine autopilot, Garmin gps, 2 vhf radios, windlass with 300' chain and Bruce anchor. Hull shines as new. Interior features the tri cabin setup with 2 heads, 2 showers and laundry room. Bottom is fresh painted, boot stripe is new, new zincs, prop speed on the running gear, new props. Dripless shaft seals, bildge and fuel tanks are clean with 300 gallons of fuel onboard. Racor filters.Clear documentation, not salvage. Boat is ultimate cruising trawler. Boat is in the water in beautiful location in Miami where repairs can be made. Dockage is paid thru June.
