You are looking at a good looking clean 1989 20 FT GRADY WHITE CENTER CONSOLE ONE OWNER. This clean one owner boat always used in the Chesapeake Bay is a great riding rough water boat . Grady White always gives a smooth dry ride and this built to last classic is no exception !THIS IS A BOAT ONLY LISTING NO ENGINE NO TRAILERInside the boat looks great ,the seats (have had covers on them) look and feel fantastic. The front cushions show some wear but are useable . The teak trim will need some attention but it is all there and in pretty good shape,the top is in one piece but could use a little cleaning. There are a few small stress stars in the floor due to age (see pictures and video) , but no soft spots floor is solid

The hull is also in great shape ,there are once again some small stress lines on the gunnel (see pictures and video) Bottom looks good and the transom is solid
