Boat has been well taken care of and is in very good condition. It has been stored out of the water and in a barn when not in use.

4. 4.) Other Disclosures

a. Although Bimini boot has some damage as it was stored elsewhere during winter (i.e. animal damage), it is still functional. Replacement cost per classifieds board is roughly $50-$100. Boat is stored away from animals and is protected with mice deterrents.

b. Although boat trailers good from 0 to 60 MPH, it does have some vibration above 60 MPH. This could be due to bad tire(s). Replacement cost could be between $50 to $250 for new tires (depending on number of tires replaced).

c. Although trailer comes with two aftermarket transom retractable tie downs, one has been installed and the other will need installed at buyers cost.

d. No other known issues exist with boat. The boat has been priced accordingly for the above issues and the MSRP when new is attached for reference.

5. 5.) Purchase notes:

a. No financing available. If financing is needed, consider a bank such as Lightstream thru SunTrust bank online as no collateral is needed. Interest rates as of this writing (1/2/2019) start at 4.29% for 36 months or 5.99% for 60 months with exceptional credit (rates vary and could change based upon market changes and credit history).

b. Cashiers check from the bank due for balance after $500 initial deposit.

c. Title signed over once cashiers check clears the bank.

d. Local pickup available. May consider hauling to your site for $1.50 per mile one way.
