gibson houseboat 36'x12'. has new decking and updated kitchen.
Description: 

1972 gibson houseboat in very good condition. It has had most of the decking replaced,engine is very good condition recently tuned. all the canvas in very good condition. 45 gallon fresh water and 45 gallon holding tank.It has been removed from the water every fall and placed in indoor storage. the onboard generator set was recently stolen. the unit is now plugged in at the dock and all equipment funcitions as it should.
