Fourwinns 235 Sundowner

1987 Fourwinns 235 sundowner cabin cruiser, fresh water used only ( no engine ) priced reduced. Everything is intact, engine compartment is very neat and clean, no oil spill. All engine electricals are all good and intact just plug it in, including battery cable. Engine mounts are complete. power steering, trim tab pump and exhaust pipe are all intact and fresh. Stern drive assembly is Alpha 1. Gimbal housing and stern drive are fresh (please see pictures) stainless steel propeller. The previous owner just take the stern drive out to pulled out the engine out of the compartment. I bought it without an engine but did not find time to buy one. The original engine is a Mercruiser 454 Magnum. Dash board is good and complete. With ref, stove, sink, dinnete convertible to V berth, stereo, marine radio and antenae and toilet. Interior are in good and decent condition. No tear or rips on seats. Comes with good condition Eagle tandem trailer with minor rust on stepping board bracket. No stepping board ( marine plywood ) with surges brake, 3 tires are in very good condition and (1) needs to be replaced ( car tire ) new bunkboard and carpet,with bearing buddies and new LED lights.
