This is a Charity Auction to benefit the TROSA program.This boat was received as a donation we have not used the boat and do not know its hours or any history. Donor stated that the boat ran fine until it overheated and quit running, we applied water to motor and it started but water is pouring out the side of the block and there is rust and signs of saltwater use. We have not opened the Bimini top to check its condition and one of the legs appears to be missing.we have not tested any of the electronics or gages. The trailer is a 2005 Magi-tilt and looks to be roadworthy.The boat has a lot of mold and mildew on it and under the deck and hatches, there is also rust running from behind the upholstery.This boat is sold as is with no warranty as to the usability or seaworthiness of the vessel or the roadworthiness of the trailer. We have the paperwork necessary to title both the boat and trailer.

Buyer is responsible to read and understand all terms and sale policies before purchase.

It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their judgment to have thoroughly read the advertised condition including photos supplied, or personally inspected the item and to have satisfied themselves regarding the condition and value prior to bidding.

The Buyer will be given the opportunity to inspect the item to make sure it is as described.

All items are sold As-Is, as described in our listing with no warranty after the sale is completed.Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be misconstrued as an offer or statement of the Seller offering any warranty on the item of any type.

Accepted Payment:

Deposit via PayPalonly. All sales are final.

Upon winning the item, the Buyer is responsible for:

Paying within 72 hours with Cash orCashier'sCheck drawn on a major US Bank.

If the Buyer fails to contact TROSA Inc and submit payment, or if final payment is not made within the specified terms, Seller reserves the right to:

Cancel the sale and/or contact the next highest bidder(s) to complete the sale, and/or

Re-list the item without further recourse owed to the first bidder in default of these terms.

Transport:

Buyer is responsible for picking up item from TROSA Inc. buyer must pick item up from our main campus address within 14 days or be charged a storage fee of $15 per day starting on the 15th day after the sale.

Buyer must provide their own vehicle, hitch and any other items need to remove the boat and trailer from property.

It is the buyers full responsibility to determine the safety and road worthiness of the trailer if included in sale.
