Tritoon/houseboat

Very nice custom made 36 foot Houseboat/ party boat with twin 140hp outboards. The boat has a fiberglass tritoon hull that is in really good shape. This boat has only been used a few times and the motors have low hours, I would say under 25 hours, they are four strokes. The boat features two camper style slideouts, large fridge, elevator that goes to upper deck. bimini top on the deck, microwave, sink, two fold out couches, table, restroom, shower, invertor, front and back doors. Very nice water feature in boat. There are lights on the front and the back for nighttime use. The floor plan is open, there is no bedroom, it is like a large living room on the water. There is a picture with the top deck in the up and down position for transport, the boat is tall so the railings come off and the console breaks down for transportation. 8.5 feet wide and just over 13 tall on trailer. Overall the boat is in very good shape, there is a crack on one of the plexiglass, easy fix, does not effect anything. The trailer is a triple axle, over 42 total feet, and will have new tires before pickup. I have titles for boat, motors, and trailer. Motors have been winterized and were inspected at that time.
