The 23 boat is the Patrol 700 with additional reinforcement for a 250HP engine.

This boat only needs 150-200 HP to reach its max speed. 250 is only needed if you are going to do heavy towing.

Boat have never been titled and come with MSOs

They do not come with engines or trailers.

Engine can be provided for additional cost if you buy the boat.

Has a few dings from shipping on the hand rails and roll bar, I will gladly send you pictures.
