Hi, Is the boat still available for Sale? I'm VERY interested in your boat. A couple of questions: Can you tell me how the motor runs? It appears you have taken excellent care of the hull and upholstery. In the photo, it's difficult to tell. Is there a head pump-out to the right and just above the starboard cleat?
