Is this beautiful houseboat still available? Is the price really $1dollar? Because it would be so perfect for our family, our daughter, my husband & myself. And since our son just resently passed at 9 days old with out reason, we are looking for a change of scenery. And since my husband was a sea explorer as a kid and loved it we thought a live aboard cruiser would suit us as well since we do an E commerce based business it would be ideal. It has just shocked me just how expensive most boats have become. So we are looking for something nice and in good running condition that we could stay on for a while to get away that we wouldn't need to fix hundreds of things right away...
