I was wondering if you would take 20k down and 2500 a month with all documents verifications etc. I just moved to Scottsdale, Az just moved in 2 weeks ago and had my first done last week I’d rather not go thru bank for minimal financing due to just moving I was denied by same bank that held my mortgage on my top gun 38’ in Chicago. When I moved I sold it thinking the dessert had no places to drop a boat and then paid off the 109k mortgage for it. When I moved here before wife got here I was boat shopping and same bank denied me for not enough real estate verification due to just moving in.
So 20k down and 2500 a month minimum payment I’ll probly pay more monthly to get you taken care of
