I have always been interested in these older wooden boats ... but am just now entering the market with intent to purchase a wooden boat for casual, occasional, recreational use. We are both in our 60's and mostly will trail to boat to fresh water lakes in/near New England and Upstate New York regions. Not sure if you are in this business or if you were simply selling a boat you had ... but would like to know more as it affects my 'shopping' tactics.
