Assuming this boat is still for sale, do you have a photo of the interior cabin space? I assume it is just a cushioned sleeping berth with room for a porta potty? I’m looking for a classic lapstrake runabout for mooring in Seal Harbor, Maine for the summer months. Per your photos, this boat is stunning and looks like she could handle some light chop in the Mount Desert Island waters.
