I just purchased a Smart Hauler trailer from North Dakota. I am currently in Saskatchewan, CA. My province requires a VIN but a couple of the VIN numbers were washed off my gravel, do you happen to know the manufacturers contact information as I need to get a statement of declaration from them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
