Hello, I have been looking for a small (26') trailerable house boat like this one for sometime now. Are there any issues with this boat that a buyer should know about? The main thing for me is the roof. I have owned four houseboats in my life and on all four of them the roofs leaked!!! I am sick of fixing roof leaks. What is your location, (state and city)?
