Livewell
73 gallon (minimum) to 90 gallon (maximum) capacity livewell. 55-70 inches in
length with a width that can accommodate walkways on the port and
starboard sides of the boat. Includes separation insert to divide livewell into
two compartments; four hinged lids (one for each quarter of the livewell); tank
fill pump; recirculation pump; two sets of stand pipes for drainage (one set for
full fill, and one set for partial fill of livewell). Aeration spray nozzles and lights
in each corner. Screens or other protective device to cover standpipes and
prevent small fish or eels from entering the standpipe. Ability to fully drain
through bilge.

Fuel

system/capacity
Single, built in, USCG and EPA compliant fuel tank with 30-40 gallon capacity.
Single fill location on the exterior of the boat in a location that allows for
fueling while trailering. Tank must provide fuel to both the motor and the
generator. System must have a marine fuel filter. Must have fuel gage built
into console. Must have at least one fitting for a portable fuel tank. Must
include either a mechanical valve or console switch to change fuel sources.

Transom 25"-30", must be correct height to properly fit the jet drive motor.

Boat Type and
Material

Shallow-V to semi-V bow, 1/8 marine grade aluminum (minimum) on sides and
1/6 marine grade aluminum (minimum) on bottom. Hull must be customized
with a tunnel (or other design) to direct water to the jet drive and prevent
cavitation. Cleats on port and starboard sides near stern.

Console
Center console steering helm with windshield. Electrofisher and controls
integrated in console. All controls for the generator, livewell, lighting, pumps,
and motor must be integrated into the console. Must include tachometer and
engine hours for motor; fuel gage; and display for electrofisher information.
Waterproof canvas cover; 12v receptacle; steering wheel knob; and horn.
Throttle located on starboard side of console. Trim and tilt controls for the
motor are located on the throttle. Seat for operator.

Generator 7000 watt (minimum), Noise deadening/protective housing with service
accessibility, air cooled.

control box
Conductivity: 50 - 2000 μS/cm3 (minimum range); Pulsed AC and DC; 30 amp
rated max output (minimum); DC Output Peak: 0 - 900V (minimum). USB port
with ability to record/download sampling data (electrical input and output

Audible volume controlled annunciator that is activated when electrofishing is

Nets
Two 10 ft high-strength carbon fiber or heavy-duty fiberglass handle nets with
interchangeable heads of 1/4" and 1/2" inch mesh, 24" inch heads, 18" inch
depth (minimum).

Trailer
Galvanized load-appropriate tandem axle trailer rated, Marine LED lights,
bunks, disc brakes, 7-way hardwired connector, swing tongue, tongue jack,
bearing buddies, spare tire with mounting bracket, and manual winch.

Lighting
LED navigation, headlights, backup lights, work lights, deck lights, livewell
lights, work up lights, and dash light, all light controlled from command
console.

All required U.S coast Guard safety gear/wiring (navigation lights, emergency
strobes, horn, anti-slip diamond plate floors, replaceable anti-slip bow mats,

Batteries
Double deep-cycle battery system with battery selector switch for generator.
Additional battery for outboard, charged from the generator. Batteries must
be enclosed with service accessibility.

Gunwales
Minimum 12" wide (port to starboard) storage compartment in each gunwale
for the entire length of the boat (stern to work deck). 3-5 hinged lids per
gunwale to allow for easier access to gear. Marine spray foam halfway up
gunwales (under the storage compartments).

Layout

The generator, gas tank, livewell, and console must be centered on the midline
of the boat. The longest sides of the livewell must parallel with the port and
starboard sides of the boat. There must be unobstructed walkways (minimum
width of 19") from the stern of the boat to the work deck on both the port and
starboard sides. There must be a built-in step leading up to the work deck. The
livewell must be located between the console and the work deck. The
generator must be located between the stern and the console. The work deck
must be 38"-60" measured from bow to stern.
