Hello. What is the overall condition of the rest of the boat, outdrive, transom, floors, upholstery, etc? Also the trailer and tires? The reason I ask is I have the same boat with a good engine/drive but with some dry rot in floors and transom. I live in Calif and would need to tow this back & do an engine swap.
