What do you mean by saying the motor has been gone through? From the photo, you have a lot on non-compatible parts on the motor that I see. Motor should have a spark arrestor on it as opposed to an air cleaner. HEI ignition is not a coast guard approved part as I doubt the alternator, starter, and fuel pump are not marine compatible parts neither.
