I live in Richmond, VA, have been looking for a Rhodes 18 and have a few questions.
How long have you owned this boat?
No damage to report - does this mean that you know of no damage, repairs, soft decks and floors?
Is there a tiller and rudder assembly / in usable condition?
What sails do you have and what condition are they in?
Has flotation been added beneath the foredeck / beneath the seats?
Is the $900 listed price accurate??? That seems really low for a 2010 Rhodes 18 in good condition.
