I am a serious buyer for the newest PARTY HUT® 30 Regency Edition I can find, in the best condition. Just purchased a home on lake Cherokee in TN and need one asap. We are old farts and need the comforts of a toilet and is the only pontoon boat we can find that seems to have one. If you know of any other would appreciate the info.
