American Shippers Inc is part of a fraud ring. That's how they do it:
- Place an ad on Facebook market with email address to a fraudlant seller (i.e. ***)
- She emails back with a sad story about husband passed away
- She/He refers the potential buyer to a fraudulent Shipping and Brokerage company ( American Shippers Inc.)
- American Shippers Inc. https://americanshippersinc.com/ asks you to fill out a form to identify yourself (that's how they still your identity)
- American Shippers Inc then open an account at Kraken (kraken.com) using the buyer's identity (Kraken is an exchange for Crypto currency)
- Kraken.com approves the account thinking this is the buyer's application
- After two days Kraken provides the account holders (the thieves) wiring details
- American Shippers sends a professional email with the same wiring details from Kraken
- Once the buyer wires the money to the other party, the thieves (American Shippers) buys with your money crypto currency and disappear
* At this point the money is gone and untraceable.
