Never seen a Ranger Tug in such bad shape. Are you saying you replaced the engine, but it still won't start?
There are two bow thrusters on the R-25. Did only the bow thruster need replacing? I think the original display was at least a 9" inset into the console. What about other systems like HVAC that came with the boat?
