The motor/s need to have a hour and repair history on an older boat. Frankly if I buy and then after 5 years try to resell a 40- ish plus boat its not going to look good unless all the typical issues have been looked at and dealt with by a pro. SO that's what would need to happen now to interest me at your asking price.
Too many newer boats being offered but yes this one does interest me under the right circumstances. It does seem to have been well cared for. Just need documentation. I would offer to split the cost if I choose the inspector.
