I am a simi-retired engineer that even though I could not afford them, I ended up with 8.2 Liter Lamborghini Marine racing engines used by mercury and driven by Don Johnson. In a 43' foot Scarab complete with a worlds record run up the Mississippi. I Just turning 60, I was thinking of selling one to a collector and using the money to buy a cool "Miami Vise go fast boat". HOW COOL WOULD IT BE TO BUT THEM IN THIS BOAT!!!! or have them as part of the offering like the car.
I purchased them from a Lambo guy in Green Bay with connection to Mercury in the area that did the racing program. They run and I have much of the hardware that came out of the mercury promo boat.
I would sell the pair for $130,000.00 The original price in the eighties.
