Hello, I could not find a date on this ad so not sure if even current. If it is i have a few questions. I know the outboard is seized but what HP is it and are controls functional? Do the trailer lights work or would I need the magnetic ones. Is there a vin# on trailer so I could at least use a bill of sale. Hope to hear from you. Thanks Gray.
