Hi, is your houseboat for sale on pontoons or an aluminum hull? How well does it float with amount of buoyancy left over ? Does the motor mount have a safe weight limitation ? Was thinking 50 hp was a little small ? Can it be lifted and by lift points or underneath strap ? Does the bow area have floatation under it, or just extended from main hull ?
