Hi I am interested in this boat and have a couple of questions:
1) I assume this a salt water boat - true?
2) The bottom looks clean, is it painted?
3) How was it stored... exposed to the sun or under a cover?
4) Any mold or mildew issues?
5) Was the gel coat chalky and needed to be polished?
6) Does it have a camper top?
7) Does it have a trailer?
8) Does it have a generator?
9) Is everything in working order?
