The NY license has been removed by photoshopping and the boat is being sold by a person named Dr. Sarah Silva through AUTO ZIRKUS Consignments. I assume it is part of a scam operation. I nearly bit until my bank checked on it and found it to be a fraud and warned me off. Thought you might want to know. Hope you are not part of the scam.
