I'm quite interested in your houseboat. I have a winter home in Florida an a summer home in Maine, a long way from Minnesota. If I bought it I probably couldn't pick it up until late June or sometime in July.
I probably won't try to seal the deal until the end of the period listed on eBay. But if there are no other offers as that time nears please give me a heads up. I have the cash but I am remodeling one of my homes and if we run into serious problems it could be a tight squeeze.
