I am wondering if you still have the Nauset 27 for sale. I was in touch with you last fall with questions and wasn't able to get my husband "on board" with the idea. Now that spring is coming and we don't yet have a boat, he is starting to feel the need to pursue the matter. We have already parted with our Cape Dory 36 sailboat and ready to consider other boats.
