This is my 2001 Cobia 2310. This is a fantastic and reliable boat. This is my 14th boat. I am 56 and a Coast Guard Liscensed skipper. I have been on the ocean for 50 years. I went from skiff's to 38 foot sportfishers and finally decided to give up fishing for the 3rd time and could not. So I bought this Cobia while I looked for a certain boat. It was is great shape when I got it but of course I cleaned everything up and fixed every little thing. This boat will go anywhare you are brave enough to take it. I take it out1-2 times a week here off Southern California. This boat came from Texas. The boat works great and has been Reliable. It is a very fishey boat. The engine is a 225 Yamaha and it runs flawlesly, the boat is very fast. It gets around 2 mpg depending on how hard you push it. I will list what the boat is equipted with. As you can see it is a center consoul with a small encloser, it holds 130 gallons of gas. it has a stainless tank that is clean, it has a water seperator, I have changed the 3 fuel filters and cleaned the SVT, Plugs, wires and an oil change. It has great compression, plugs read all the same and are a nice light tan, two batteries on a switch, The lower unit has a new impeller and has been resealed, stainless prop, trim tabs with new rams, It has a very nice drum anchoring system with speed box, I think I paid 2000. for the setup. Bilge pump, bait pump, washdown, rod storage under the gunnel and a stainless folding laddeer off the transome, spreader lights, It has 2 big lockers up front, fish hold in the floor, cooler and a closet under the helm, wireing is well sorted, lots of rod holders and a downrigger, For electronics it has a VHF, Lowrance elite pro. sonar, chart plotter and feruno radar and new Yamaha gauges. This boat has a euniqe seating arrangement. I change the helm seat to a used but very expensive Pompanet fighting chair. I am getting and cant fight the big tuma like I use to so this takes care of it. The neat thing is when your chasing the scool around you can take the back of the chair off and pilot the boat from one side and fight the fish on the other side it works great. The boat also comes with a great aluminum tralor. I'll think of more and put it on here. You can put the boat in the water this second and go to the island , its full of gas. Im working on my new boat and owe the wife the money back for this boat, get my drift. Ask me questions if you have them. I dont mind some haggeling but no lowballers. Thank you for looking.....Steve
