Cobalt 282

Absolutely stunning Cobalt 282 with twin 320 HP Volvo Penta Duo props. This boat is in excellent condition..... almost near perfect. You will not find a better 282 anywhere. This boat has been stored all of its life indoors when not in use. Here are a few important options. Here are the some of the options that sets this boat apart from other 282's. Stainless steel radar arch $8000 option. Extended swim platform that is almost water level. Awesome stereo system..... also speakers in rear of boat platform for music when you are in the water. Integrated Bimini top in radar arch. Silent choice exhaust. Wet bar behind driver seat. Nice head department in front of passenger seat. Huge open Bow. U shape seating in rear. Trim tabs. New I-com marine radio and new down view Garmin Gps-fish finder .It also has a AC inverter for AC power. Has 3 batteries . I replaced 1 last year and 2 the prior year. It does have a battery charging system . I have just completed oil changes and fuel filters.The Cobalt 282 is a very deep boat it is not like the newer slim line boats . Its deep V makes the ride cobalt is noted for. Things that don't make this boat perfect. Original snap in carpets (these are in good shape other than the rubber backing is coming off). The big fold up seat in the bow needs to be re-stitched . It is not torn but material is pulled too tight from factory. There is a zipper on Bimini top that is currently being fixed. This boat was in a boat house on a lift in Knoxville ,Tn most of its life. When I bought the boat I purchased top of the line Load Right aluminum heavy duty trailer with Hydraulic brake actuator with 16" custom wheels and tires with spare . ($8,000) new. Boat also has snap on covers for whole boat and big dust cover . This boat and trailer package would cost you 3-4 times this price. This boat gets complements where ever it goes. You ask why I am selling..... I want to boat in the gulf and Bahamas and I bought a 36' center console . This boat has never been in the salt water nor should it ever be.... it is way too nice. Guaranteed no disappointments. I will post photos that I have and more to follow in the next day or so. One other thing the motors and lower units in excellent condition. I have replaced seals in the trim cylinders . That is the only thing other than service every year that has been done. This boat is a us coast guard documented boat and the title is held by them. It will need to be transferred to new owners name through Coast guard .Have title for trailer in hand
