The views are truly magical, and top Oakland restaurants, Bay front path, ferry to San Francisco, weekend Farmers Market and summer concerts are only footsteps away.Not just a boat, this gorgeous getaway has a fully functional kitchen, living room with new flooring, fully enclosed upper deck as well as two outside areas that are just perfect for lounging in an Adirondack with a glass of wine at sunset!In her early days, this boat surpassed other competitors in races throughout the Pacific Northwest but she now enjoys providing a relaxing retreat at the marina. Her engines have not been operated in quite some time but with some work you could be cruising around the Bay!This Marina community is friendly and has a great vibe. Note that the slip is month-to-month ($450, includes all utilities) but not automatically transferable. The new owner will need to apply. There are some opportunities to buy a slip, at this marina or others, depending on market availability. Also, this marina does not offer live aboard slips but other marinas in the Bay Area do.Update: we've been asked to estimate the cost of updating/repairing the twin inboard engines... sorry, we just don't have the expertise to give a you cost estimate. However, there are interesting articles and blogs that go in to details on that, suggesting that replacing an engine is a better option and even recommending going green by replacing a gas engine with electric.
