This Fittipaldi Stinger has been in storage for over 10 years. It will need a pair of GenIV 454CI motors to make it operational. It would come with the original Borg-Warner velvet drive transmissions and TRS counter rotating outdrives and stainless props. They have 225 hours on them however they would probably need to be rebuilt given the time they have been in storage. The transom was replaced by Yacht Doctors and the K-Planes were re-installed with custom backplates.The bolsters are in good shape with the exception of the top cushions which can easily be removed. The rear seating will have to be completely redone. The same applies to the entire cabin area with the exception of the ceiling. The layout is a traditional U-shaped lounge with v-berth forward. It is all cloth which I would have wanted to replace with vinyl or leather at some point.The Loadmaster trailer was custom built for the boat as it was on a "high n dry" when I purchased it and all of the tires are brand new. The brake system would need to be replaced. From what I have been able to research there are only 29 of these models in existence. Emerson Fittipaldi fell in love with the Stinger model and consequently Chris Craft custom built one for him along with a handful of the same model sold to the public. Very heavy hull and runs like some of the older Formulas. She runs FOT at 72MPH in 3-4' chop with stock 454 magnums.I would really like someone whom can restore it properly and would discount it accordingly.
