1997 CHALLENGER OFFSHORE cigarette 28ft closed cabin boat in great condition. The boat has a7.4 mercruiser 425HP Magnum with through hull exhaust and silent choice option, bravo three out drive. Motor is in great shape, sounds amazing, starts on the initial crank and runs super strong. I'm the second owner of this boat, I bought it from Missouri. It is an ex water patrol boat and always used in fresh water then and now. The ext and int of this boat is in very good condition. Replaced the bolsters(like brand new) and just replaced hydraulic trim pump and new battery. The boat needs nothing, unless you prefer a boat wrap or graphics, etc... . It sits on a nice tandem axle trailer that is also in great shape except for the fender skirts, they could use some tlc, but the overall towing performance of the trailer is excellent. The boat cruises in the upper 60 mph, but Im sure if you are a boating enthusiast you can make some adjustments and add some things to pick up speed.
