All sales are final and "as is," We will refund your money in full if the boat was not accurately described, but once you take possession of the boat and/or title, there is no longer a refund available. Payment confirmation is due when the auction closes. Once payment is made we will connect you with the boat owner to transfer the boat into your possession. Please note: We charge $399 for boat document processing and to transfer the boat, which covers the boat transfer process, including title verification, payment invoicing and collection and boat transfer with the boat owner including a bill of sale; this charge will be added to the winning bid amount. This charge will also be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat and/or title due to the boat not being described accurately.
