Please note upfront: I am now "sweetening the pot" effective Jan 6th, 2020 to promote a fast sale.. If any of you research the price I have this Yacht at, you will find I am currently lower on average $10,000.00 I have this Yacht price to sell... For those of you concerned that I have stated that the Yacht has been in indoor storage for about 2 years now and not sure on the mechinacs because its not like you can run the engines without being in the water.... Here is where I sweeten the deal... No fuss, no muss purchase of $59,900.00 FIRM We have the title company and or your attorney hold $5,000 in a holding account that if the engines need any work on them, that account would cover up to $5,000 if any minor repairs within 30 days from the purchase that may have to be done... I am that confident that the engines, after starting and maybe a simple tune up would be just fine... i.e. if needed $2,000 in repairs, then the remaining $3,000 would be credited back to me after 30 daysAlso, please understand this is not a "hardship" sale... this is simply a sale to let go of something so beautiful with no time to use and enjoy... I will simply invest the funds from this sale into my real estate company where it just makes so much for sense for me and keeps the wife happy....lolI have a beautiful Cockpit MotorYacht that sadly I just have had no time to enjoy for 3 years now... Has always been stored indoors....wife says its now 2020 and time to "clean house" You know the ole saying..."Happy Wife, Happy Life" Well, as the boss says, its time to sell... So, for a fast sale, this boat would go for $85,000 all day in the Spring, but I will let it go for just $59,900.00 firm... It runs out great and has been very well taken care of... Maybe just a tune up come Spring and you are good to go....I bought this beautiful Yacht 8 years ago and rarely used it... Not sure of the hobb meters work or not because I really never paid attention to it because aside from bringing her up from the Gulf thru the Missippippi to the Great Lakes, I really never took her out... I just used it as a condo on the lake sort of speak...She is loaded with Radar, 2 Heads (bathrooms) Two private sleeping berths, full gallery with Stove, Oven, Microwave and Frig, Dinette set, dock boies, dock lines, new canvas.. The engines are twin 454 Crusaders and it has a Kohler GeneratorLast time fired up in the Lake, everything ran great all amendities worked perfect...
