This is a 2000 Caravelle 260 Interceptor Sport Cabin with a freshly rebuilt 454 Mercruiser MPI (professionally rebuilt by Mercruiser mechanics) with a Bravo Outdrive and stainless-steel propeller. 300+ hp. engine with less than 150 hrs.

The interior is in excellent condition with custom made covers for seats and backrests/cushions. Ceiling is in excellent condition as is the floor which shows very minimal wear. There is a $1,500 custom built extended swim platform which is not included in the NADA estimated value.

This boat had a single owner who took immaculate care of not only the interior, but the hull and the power systems. During the engine rebuild the entire power train was inspected and only seals and fluids required replacement. The only evident sign of wear is on the rear seats head rest where minimal abrasion is evident. Obtainability from the heads of passengers. One needs to see this boat in person to appreciate how clean and well maintained she is.

The single Mercruiser 300+ hp helps with the budget by not sucking in gallons of gas like twins. The boat has plenty of power to pull a pair of skiers, tubes and even handle a rough chop on Lake Michigan.

Boat comes with a dual axle trailer that is in good condition with tires that are still roadworthy. The trailer is the only part of this deal that shows its age.

NADA places the value of this Caravelle at $17,490.00. Add to that the custom swim platform and total value is $18,990.00. When one considers a freshly rebuilt engine, this boat is an incredible value for a new owner. Im only relisting this once more in hopes that a relatively local sale can be made. I reduced the price by my half of the shipping costs so hopefully we can do this easy. Otherwise it is shipping to Norway for an interested party. I just dont wish to deal with transporting to the east coast and dealing with all the shipping challenges.
