Overall condition is very good. Both engines and velvet drive transmissions have had major maintenance done in last two years. Bottom was painted in August 2018. Both propellers replaced August 2018. Hull does not leak and there are no soft spots on deck. There are minor scrapes and stains consistent with a boat this old. The top side gelcoat needs polishing. Some engine gauges on panel do not work but engine temperature gauges work fine.

Description:

This 1977 Bertram has twin 454 CI (7.4L) Mercruiser Engines that are in very good condition. The boat was hauled out and the bottom painted by Pitalo's Marine in Gautier MS in August 2018. Both propellers were replaced while hauled out.

The engines start readily, idle smoothly, and accelerate without hesitation. The gas tank holds 400 gallons and has 200 gallons as of this posting. Very little water accumulates in bilge and three bilge pumps are all functional. Batteries are in very good condition and charge maintained with 110V system inverter/charger.

It has a 110V refrigerator, 110V stove, 110V hot water heater and walk-in head with separate shower. Sleeps two in forward V-Berth.

Steering, shifting, and throttle controls are inside and up top on the fly bridge. Both A/C units have cold air. Electronics include depth sounder, GPS, and Marine band radio. The boat is located in a marina in Moss Point Mississippi and is about 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

Selling for health reasons. Price is set for quick sale.
