Original seating and carpet removed. Some wiring spliced and re-insulated to repair muskrat chewing on insulation.Pontoons/structural framing/decking in excellent condition. Fixed hard top fabricated from Aircraft aluminum sheeting with 1" rigid foam insulation. Mexican thatch and peeled reed wrapping. Better Homes and Gardens outdoor furniture and cushions. 90 HP 2 cycle Yamaha has 380 very gentle hours and was fully serviced in January this year.

It might just be the most photographed boat on Lake Norman.. Original owner (with a little too much time on his hands after a corporate layoff) turned a very conventional pontoon into a true escape.

Seating can be arranged in many different configurations. Sound system is a SONY Xplod receiver with Aux 1,000 W amplifier and 4 speakers plus Sub.Some darkening on the replaced carpet up toward the bow, however not verynoticeablesince indoor/outdoor area rugs are also used as part of the decor.Not a good choice if you don't like attention!
