3' extended swim platform, 110 gallon fuel tank, dual 30 AMP shore power, cable TV hookup, 30 gallon fresh water, 20 gallon holding, Garmin 178 color GPS, 12K BTU A/C, 6 gallon hot water heater, microwave, 2 new batteries, all safety and running gear included. Boat has spent the entire time on the Upper Chesapeake. Currently winter stored at marina on land (Sassafras River).Just pulled cover off Thursday 2/25, cockpit is dirty and will be cleaned this weekend. The onlyupholsterywear in cockpit area is shown in picture.Canvas, isinglass, andBiminiare in good shape. Items that need to be addressed before relaunching:

There is left to right play in the outdrive which is a sign the gimbal ring is worn and needs to replaced. Bellows need to be replaced. Power trim- "down" works from the throttle, "up" only works from the trailer trim button on throttle (wire is broken on the trim sending units going to outdrive, was advised to replace wires and units when replacing the bellows).
