57 Foot Yacht / Cabin Cruiser / Trawler, Twin Engine 65 Ft Yacht

Great opportunity to have a large yacht at an affordable price!!! I do not have current pictures of the boat but hope to update it in a day or two. These pictures are about 13 years old when the boat was in pristine condition. There is one exterior photo of the boat that is current listed now where you can see it needs to be cleaned. I'll be updating with current photos as soon as available. The teak deck is no longer in good condition. Both engines and generator were running when it was last used 13 years ago. It has been sitting in a winterized state. It received a new $5000 converter? recently to make sure the bilge pumps would work. However, that's been a year or two and, I was told they were seen working several weeks ago.3 toilets2 bedrooms, 1 king size bed in large full beam bedroom with toilet and jacuzi, 1 queen size bed in small bedroom with a toilet and showerLarge full beam salon with large sofas and a large galley with wrap around seating and table on one side.I think we also installed a toilet in the small room just in front of the engine room where there is also a washer / dryer. The intent was for that space to be livable for a captain if both bedrooms were in use.We also installed a new refrigerator which has little use on it.Vandals broke into the boat recently, breaking the glass on the back door. As a result the parquet floor in the pilot house is buckling. They proceeded to vandalize the interior and left the hatch open above the tv so copious amounts of water flowed in over multiple rains causing damage. 14 years ago it received 2 brand new large AC units which have barely been used. 2 x 270 hp cat engines. 20 kw generator with good hours. The anchor windlass was rebuilt by the factory at that time as well and new anchor chain and rope are in the pilot house. Tremendous time and money was put into restoring the boat 14 years ago. It has been sitting at a nice marina, but neglected and not protected. Teak deck needs restoration and wood on transom is in rough shape. Anyone who wants to see it will have to be a very serious buyer. No one is allowed on the boat without permission.They discharged the fire extinguisher.
