Yamaha SX190

This is your opportunity to own the most reliable jet boat on the water for a fraction of the cost of a new one. You are bidding on my 2012 Yamaha SX190. I have been boating for twenty years and have enjoyed this boat, the waters around my home are shallow and this boat can go just about anywhere you see water. It's a very easy boat to operate and maintain. I've already made some upgrades to the boat but let's start with the boat's basics, starting with the engine very reliable 1800cc four stroke four cylinder naturally aspirated so it runs on regular 87 octane pump gas. This boat has enough power to pull two adult water skiers out of the water at the same time...I've done it!!! The price that Yamaha quotes in the ads does not include a galvanized trailer $1000 upgrade. I've also added a Garmin 640 gps unit and depth finder installed professionally, at a cost of $1500, great devise works on boat or in car/motorcycle with additional dash mount and is removed with ease when getting off the boat. The boat has always been covered with one of the two full length covers both are yamaha covers that I paid an extra $1000 for, one is a winter cover one is a summer cover that exposes the boats cleats when on the boat. I've also had a set of blue LED lights installed on the transom below the water line at a cost of $900. They serve two purposes, first is safety, when the boat is stopped at night the lights light up the water well enough for swimming and getting in or out of the water via the boats ladder. Second, the lights when running at night cause the stream of water exiting the back of the boat to light up blue which at 30 mph is about 50 or 60 ft making the boat very visible to other boats in addition to the regular night running lights as well as looking awesome!!! (I get lots of compliments) I added the additional lower swim platform mat for ease getting in and out of the water and just sitting on the back of the boat relaxing at a cost of $200. I also added a battery selector switch( I can't believe yamaha did not) and upgraded to a Blue Top Optima battery $500. The boat has always been dealer maintained and is still under warranty until June 2015. The boat has gauges for fuel level, rpm, fuel consumption( mpg and gallons used), hour meter(shows 87 hours on motor), mileage, speed(mph) and battery voltage. The boat has two "cruise control" type settings one is for getting around the docks it's 3 no wake engine rpm settings and 8 rpm settings above and below 6000 rpm in 200 rpm increments for cruising or water skiing. The boat loaded for a day at the beach will run 32mph at 6500 rpm and top out at 45mph loaded. 30 gallons of fuel x 3 mpg, boat runs all day with great range. The boat will seat 8 people has a Bimini top and lots of storage. Bid with confidence, this is a very versatile and efficient boat.
