I apologize in advance if I come accross as being a hard a** about this. Unfortunately, some things must be put in writing for some internet"tools and trolls" -smh.

Before you read this, Id like to state in my defense that I'm a pretty flexible person, and although was born at night, it wasnt last night.

I'm the first and only owner of this boat.This is a FSBO (For Sale by Owner)listing.I take a lot of pride in keeping this boat PRISTINE so below you will find my anal-retentiveness on FULL DISPLAY. Please enjoy.

There are LEGIT expenses incurred to put a boat on the water. Owning a boat is not easy or cheap. If youve never owned a boat before, and want a taste at what's to come,call up ANY Gas / Pump Station LAKE OR BAYSIDE, that sells fuel to boats and ask them how much a gallon of gas costs the cheap stuff.

So, heres the deal.

A legitimate buyer needing a legitimate inspection is fine.I'm happy to assume costs for those legitimate buyers. I'm sure your one of them.Boats are AWESOME. I loved owning this boat and my kids loved being on it (take a look at the video above). Seriously, happy kids and happy life!

However, if you're not a legitimate buyer, take note:

THIS IS NOT A BOAT RENTAL

I will NOT assume those coststo take the ol' family "out on the lake for the day" (yeah, userboblehead 4****).

If youre truly interested in the boat, please place a bid. I would suggest reaching out to me first via classifieds board to let me know, but you dont have to.

All buyers are allowed an inspection of the boat as afforded by California Law.

If you are the winning bidder, inspect the boat, and choose NOT to purchase it.

Your classifieds board deposit WILL BE 100% REFUNDED.

I'm happy and willingto answer any questions, as well as provide ample time for you or your proxy (inspector) to inspect the boat. I would prefer that you not win the auction, then send me a list of questions and document requests. I can provide all of those UPRFONT. They are on a Google Drive. I'll send you the link.

If you are interested, and want an inspection done on landprior to the auction ending,I need 48 hours notice to set it up. Please contact me via classifieds board to arrange a time. The boat is located in El Dorado County, California, USA (Between Sacramento, CA and Lake Tahoe, CA/NV). It will likely be on the same day with the other potentional buyers.

If the boat is being inspected on the hard-deck (that means land), the engines require water to be pumped through them (like any other high-end boat). This is how engines on boats staycool and prevent them from overheating. This feature (pumping cool water through the engine while on land) is built intomost high-end boats, andthis boat is no different. It doesnt require anything more than a hose and an attachment (which I have) to get fresh water into the running engine cooling system while the boat is out of the water. (Again, cool thing to Google / YouTube).

However, with twin engines,engine run time for inspection will be limited to a MAXIMUM of 10minutes PER ENGINE for on-deck inspections, one engine at a time. This is to prevent damage.These are boats we're talkin'about here, they should be in water when you run them.

If in the water, an aggregate (total) Run time of 30 minute for both engines will be allowed. If more time is needed, just let me know beforehand.

I will let the winning bidder know the locatin location of the post-purchase inspection (should they want one) and supply the water feed needed for running the engines while the boat is on the hard deck.

Ifpotentialbuyers wish to do an on-land inspection first, I will provide the location, date, and time so that this can all be done on one day.

For on-water Test Drives, I will personally trailer,launch, and recover the boat in and out of the water at the dock of my choosing. I will captain the boat in NO WAKE zones at all times during the inspection. These engine hours will NOT count towards the inspection time. Again, Im flexible, but let's not spend the day on the lake together - even though I'm sure your a very nice person.

All passengers will be provided standard, auto or manual inflatable, PFDs for inspections on the water. These must be worn at all times while on the boat. No Exceptions. If bringing kids, they must be at least 5 years old to attend go on the boat simply because I don't have a PFD for a child under the age of 5.

SALTWATER TEST DRIVES WIL NOT BE PERMITTED.

If you, or your designated inspector, wish to see the boat perform on the water,you may do with me at thehelm only,UNLESS:

1. You are the WINNING BIDDER, and have
2. A valid Drivers License and...
3. Are over the age of 18 and have...
4. A Current USGS authorized Official California Boater Card (email me to learn how to get one, or, google).

You may captain the boat meeting these qualifications.

The test will take place at a lake of my choosing and am happy to coordinate a time and date with you. The engines may be run, while on the water for inspection for, again, no more than 30 minutes (1/2 hour). This means 30 minutes of TOTAL Engine Run Time will be allotted on the water (for both engines (not 30 minutes for the port engine, and an additional 30 minutes for the starboard).

Why?

Twin engine boats should not be run on a single engine for significant lengths of time unless it's an emergency(per the manufacture see google, awesome search engine). Both engines must run in tandem during the inspection, and no longer than the allotted time while on the water.

Im flexible on on engine run time.I need to say this this for the two users who emailed me asking to if they could take it on Lake Folsom or Tahoe for the AN ENTIRE DAY (Alone) as, how did they say itIts the only REAL way to make sure it works. Riiiiight.

The prospective buyerwill pay half launch fees, decontamination fees (that's a thing here), and fuel costs - all of which will be 100% refunded upon closing of the boat sale. Im flexible on this. Show up with 10 of your closest friends, not so much. A family or a few others, not a problem.

A few things:

The tank will be full when launched. Which means it's going to be at it's max gross weight without people and other toys. More fuel, more weight, don't expect the boat to get above 50MPH (44knts for your salty buyers).

If you legitimately require more inspection time, or ANY ACCOMODATIONS (for those who may need help entering or existing the boat or for those deaf or hearing), wish to bring family members or guests during the inspection, please just let me know beforehand. I'm happy to accommodate legitimate and reasonable requests.

Also - Pandemic. We're going toagree to wear face masks even though we may agree to disagree about the legitimacy of wearing one.

Final Statement.

If you want a boat, or love boats, this is an Awesome Ski / Wake / Scurf boat that is very family friendly. My family has a child with disabilities, and having a boatwas a game changerin terms of getting out and about in the fresh air and water with friends and family. Im sure it will be for you too.
