2008 Yamaha 232 LimitedJet Boat

Up for auction is a 2008 Yamaha 232 Limited Jet Boat. This boat is in good overall condition showing only typical wear. This boat is on consignment here at our dealership. The owner of the boat is simply moving up a to a newer model. He has owned 7 of these jet boats and simply loves them he told us that it is time for a newer one. If you are in the market for a good jet boat you will want to take a good look at this one. You can put it in the water today and have some fun. The boat comes with the carpets, table and lounge pillow. This 232 Limited has approximately 180 hours on her and has been maintained locally at Gulf Coast Motor Sports. The steering cable was recently replaced when it was in for service. Again, there is some typical interior wear and exterior wear but nothing major. The trailer is in good shape as well. Overall a good little boat with plenty of great times left in her.

The five days after the auction end are provided for closing and finalizing your transfer of ownership paperwork. If payment in full is not received within five days, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer. Unless otherwise authorized by your agent.

Winning bidder must contact us within twenty-four hours of auction close.

• Buyer is responsible for payment in full within five days of auction end. Buyer also responsible for their applicable state sales tax and handling/licensing fee, as per Florida law.
• Buyer responsible for all shipping and transport fees concerning this transaction. We are not affiliated with any shipping company. We have provided links to shipping companies for your convenience, but do not recommend any specific company.
• All vehicles sold are sold as is where is, unless otherwise specified.

Some common signs of wear might include door dings, scratches, rock chips, normal convertible top wear, bumper marks, paint flaws, normal tire and wheel wear, and minor interior, electrical (light bulbs, switches, etc.), brake wear, suspension, minor cracks and mechanical wear (normal for mileage).

Any dispute or problem arising from the sale of a vehicle shall be arbitrated by a state appointed arbitrator here in Pensacola, Florida, Escambia County Florida. We do not know the laws of your state and therefore will not be held accountable for requirements or laws in any other state than Florida. You are responsible for checking your own state for laws, emissions requirements, inspection requirements etc.

All our vehicles are run through AutoCheck. If the vehicle is not as advertised or if you are not happy with your purchase, you are free to back-out of the deal with a full refund of deposit and without exchanging negative feedback. If picked up in person (Pensacola, FL) and you are not happy the vehicle must be returned to us within 24 hours and have no more than 100 additional miles. Vehicles involved in any type of accident, wreck or that sustained any type of damage are not returnable. Vehicles that have been abused are not returnable. f the vehicle is shipped to your location you are fully responsible for all shipping fees.

NO SUNDAYS! If you have negative feedback, bid retractions, or other symptoms of a nonpaying bidder, or a bid jammer, your bid may be canceled.

Any bid retractions may require us to end this auction. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle to the high bidder, even if the vehicle does not meet reserve (if applicable).

Problems outside our control including, but not limited to, server failures, network problems, or failures of e-bay's service may force us to void some auctions. We reserve the sole right of discretion in these matters.

Payment is to be made by certified funds ONLY, including but not limited to cashiers check, personal check with verified funds and bank clearance, money orders, and cash in person. Personal/company checks require a ten day hold for clearance. No vehicles will be release without verified payment in full.

Financing:

We have several sources of financing available including GMAC. If you need financing you must have financing secured prior to bidding.

Lodging:

We can help arrange lodging for a quick overnight economical stay or help you find a great night or longer stay on the beach. There are great beach rates until the end of March and starting again in Sept. Here on the Florida Gulf Coast in December we have had highs in the 70's and lows in the 30's. It's still nice!

Flying in?

Pensacola Regional Airport is 15 minutes from the dealership. Mobile Regional is 1:15 minutes. We will pick you up at the airport if flying into Pensacola Regional.

Must Sees:

1. The National Museum of Naval Aviation, (5 minutes from our location).

2. Blue Angels. During the late Spring and Summer the Blues practice at 8:00 AM on Tuesday or Wednesday. It's great to see with no crowds, (5 minutes from our location).

3. Beaches are just 20 minutes from our location.

We will provide assistance with arranging transportation if required. We are not affiliated with any transport company and will not be responsible for any damage incurred in shipment. Most shippers carry over $1,000,000 in insurance. Feel free to set shipping up yourself.
