You are bidding on a 2008 Yamaha AR230 HO Jet Boat. This boat was donated to our charity by an elderly couple in Whitestone NY.The donor lived on the water and purchased the boat new for trips to see Manhattan. There have been random years that the boat was not used at all and stayed at the marina. Every year the boat was used the marina would deliver the boat in the beginning of July and would pick it back up end of August. The boat was always shrink wrapped and fully maintained by the marina. The donor stated that they hardly used the boat and what ever services the marina would recommend, they had done.We picked the boat up from their home and drove it back to NJ (approx 30min trip) the boat ran flawlessly and did 45mph no problem. All systems worked perfect. We took the boat over to a Yamaha dealer to find out the accurate hours (no hour meter on boat) and they fully checked the boat over. We havethe work order and the exact hours on both engines are 58 and they found no problems at all and inspected the jet drive and stated that they look good as do the wear rings. There is one open recall for a steering mount bolt that has not been done and would need to be completed at any yamaha boat dealer free of charge, the dealer that we had check the boat was a yamaha watercraft dealer and not an authorized yamaha boat dealer.The boat did sit at their doc and has plenty of doc rash, it's our opinion that the boat should get some replacement decals on the sides. It also sat uncovered and the tops of the seats on the dark sections have sun damage and would need to be repaired or replaced, the back and bottom of the seats (all the white parts) are in good condition. The boat does not have a cover. The boat could use a good cleaning as well.The boat did not have a trailer so the charity had to buy one. So you will be getting the 2019 trailer with brakes and 2 year warrantee. Trailer comes witha title and all the paperwork from the dealer.The boat has a clean title and we would be more then happy to test drive the boat with the winning bidder.
