Boat was hand built by George Miller in 1911 for anestate on Hickory Island on the StLawrenceRiver in the thousand islands. it was used as a launch for many years, As was common practice buyers from Lake Tahoe area would come to Clayton and buy old wooden boats bring them back to Tahoe and restore them. I purchased this boat in Lake Tahoe and brought it back to Clayton about 10 years ago. at that time I had a trailer built for it. it made the trip back from CA and after that has probably 200 miles on it. the boat is in phenomenal condition.
