The engine is a Yanmar 4JHE 44HP and has 1830 hours. New oil, belt, Yanmar engine mounts ($$$$), fresh water impeller, two new Deep Cycle Marine Batteries, and probably more I can't remember. It runs great.

Some items I was going to do:

Install the post under the mast (forget what it's called),

raise the mast and setup the rigging,

wash and paint the outside cabin walls,

propeller needs to be replaced

Build a console for the new instrument panel

finish connecting wires to instrument panel

install floor covering

wanted to replace stuffing box with dripless type

Find and install second fuel tank (current one is 26 gallons I believe)

Top steering wheel needs spokes tightened or just get new one

Need a couple new cushions

find a nice teak table or build one

Install new Shut off Cable for engine (included)

Lots of stuff I can't remember

Buy one ready to sail for $30-60k or buy this one CHEAP! MAKE YOUR BEST OFFER ASAP, I EXPECT THIS TO SELL WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS. I'm losing thousands but you can live my dreams for me.
