Wellcraft Suncruiser

I have a 31ft wellcraft suncruiser boat. I have used boat as my home away from home but now I have a camper for that. The will list the good and the bad. I will start off with the good:both transmissions are goodone motor runs great and it will move on its own power.Has 2 onboard bilge pumps one being auto.Onboard battery charger a few years old.2 Good batteriesSeats and inside are in good shape for the most part but boat is 33 yrs oldAC works30amp shore power cable 50ft less than year old.depth gauge works well2 VHF ant with VHF radioGauges do work fine for the most part.Has a little less than half a tank of fuel in one tank.Water tanks and water pump works fine.LED lighting.Comes with ropes everything neededSits at a nice dock and can be left here.extra belts oil hoses included.Made a trip from MD not too long ago.Hull soild No soft spotsPort motor has new exhaust mainfolds (1400) though that was the issue with it however was head gasketSwim platformHeres The BAD issues with the boat in need to be addressed:port motor overheated due to water pump belt I do believe. And is locked up at the time. ( water has been removed in been replaced with diesel fuel and spark plugs also removed in done same thing too. I have removed the water plugs in the motor and I have placed a light in the motor bay to keep from freezing.Could use new paint in places and Gel coat on corners has small damage from being dockedI am sure I have forgot some things on the bad part its not junk but its not a 20k boat either.I am selling this AS IS where is I may be able to help moving it if needed a short distance and with help. Best beat is to contact me though here with questions. I hate to sell it but I am tired of paying for the slip and do not feel like motoring it to NC where I live ( its in hanpton VA) The motor is a 350 I do have a 4 bolt 350 I could include The motor in it may be fixable. Boat does have a genset but Not sure of its state never used it or tried it.I am relisting this as a non paying member did not follow though. I also would like to add that slip rent is due on the 1st. And it runs about 240 dollars I can let you know of the marina just send me a email please. Slip rent is paid up and it can stay where it is if you call the marina. I am tired of relisting this due to non paying classifieds board members of no feedback, If you bid guess what please pay for the boat. I bought it off classifieds board for 1600 dollars 3 or 4 months ago in made improvements too the boat so I am already losing
