Wellcraft Scarab SCS

Beautiful boat. Amazing. Runs perfect. Turns heads every time I drive it.1997 Scarab SCS, 23.8' long, Kevlar and carbon fiber body. Also comes with aluminum tandem trailer, with upgraded LED lights. No longer has the spare tire cover that is pictured, it ripped a few weeks ago.

These are super rare and often sought after, you can youtube "Faceoff Movie Boat Scene" and see it in action.454 Magnum engine, rebuilt in 2009, with receipts. Outdrive has IMCO external steering, outdrive was rebuilt due to early signs of an aging gimbal bearing in 2011. New upholstery, new through-hull performance exhaust, sounds great.Amazing boat.

New audio- CD/IPOD deck, wires, speakers. Also has a few small things like LEDs in the gunnels, white or red depending on switch position.Twin batteries with battery switch, although one battery is new and the other is getting weak.Mercruiser Racing Prop.Depth finder.Only a handful of these were made, this color scheme and orange.I have receipts for all work done. Engine rebuild, Outdrive rebuild, Audio, upholstery. Handles like a ferrari on the water with the hydraulic external steering.

I absolutely love this boat, I've only put around 30 hours on it in the past 5 years due to working overseas. Boat has under 300 hours total on it. This boat was just serviced and ready for the water, comes complete with all required safety equipment. The boat has minor scratches here and there from normal use. The "Rat Now" lettering have been removed from the sides of the boat, although a picture might show it. The boat will need a good detail by the new owner.The boat is used and is sold as-is, I've been as descriptive and honest as I can be, I welcome any questions regarding the boat. Pre-buy inspections welcomed. Boat is located in Jacksonville, FL 32216. I have a clear title for it ready to go.
